My home construction started 2 yrs back n for the last one yr took a brk in construction. before 1.5 yrs one layer of putti n one layer of primer applied both interior n exterior. now we restarted the construction. is it possible to apply normal painting method both interior n exterior. my hme. is 2300 sq ft. how much it cost for painting this much area

It can cause defoliation. Due to the weather change. Prime coat is essential before you start emulsion.

you should apply one coat primer once again on that area otherwise you will not get proper coverage
