I have newly constructed floor with two bedrooms, one small living room and a kitchen. Paint, flooring and ceiling is done(can be updated with design if in budget). The entire floor is not too big, around 420 sqft, so need interior design that could fit storage and should not look crowded.

Need an excellent interior designer who knows all the modern concepts and is well versed with smart furniture (foldable and moveable). The whole project will be taken up by them. We would prefer factory (machine cut) furniture over carpenters. As owners we have a lot of design ideas but since we are a working couple with a new born child, we won't be able to give much time during the actual work tenure.

Currently the floor ( low rise full floor apartment) is in raw condition. We need to get the work started ASAP.

Budget is highly customisable for us. It totally depends on the type, quality and design.
