1. False ceiling / lighting COB/concealed / profile ( natural and warm ) All Electrical switches/ boards to be change, AC copper cable routing with drain pipe required.
2. One Wall design highlighted with WPC louvers and uv marble or carbon or charcoal sheet or PVC panels in every room or one full cushioned wall in bed1 , window change with sitting in bed3- UPVC sliders
3. Tv cabinet- 2nos designed with louvers and marble sheets with long horizontal 6 racks in bottom with profile lights required
4. All kitchen shutters, Dado tiles backsplash ,room wardrobe laminate change, kitchen loft shutters required,window change (UPVC),hidden dressing mirror with drawers / cosmetic items space, work table with drawers and book shelf with proper lights required
Colors = biege white gray
5. Front elevation/ fasad / balcony design with c channel or wpc louvers with profile lights updown lights
6. Terrace design- tiles in floor and parafit walls and pergola only with proper lighting with proper waterproofing required
7. All wall paint work asian royale
8. Bathroom fittings all to be change, vanity required
