Requirements are as below:
1. Ceiling is required in all rooms.
2. Moulding Walls can be done in Living Room.
3. TV Unit, Crockery Unit at Dining Wall is needed in Living Room.
4. Kitchen needs to be expanded till Utility by Breaking the Mid Wall. As well as We can keep open Kitchen with Breakfast Top.
5. Kitchen needs all storage possible.
6. Each Bedroom needs Wardrobes.
7. 2 Bedrooms need TV Units with Storage.
8. 3 Washrooms needs Storage as well as Toilet Fittings.
9. Wiring needs to be done as it’s a raw flat.
