how can i change the columns of an existing foundation so that it does not interfere with the room spaces of my choice when i construct the superstructure (abv portion ) from scratch!!!

the problem is there are 8 columns in the old foundation, which will effect the new design when reconstructed fully and note that 2 columns in the drawing area have to be removed anyway due to no setback

this is the old plan, i have marked the area with the foundation,backside we are going to build new foundation.
