Planning for 2 house in 5centsX2 of land, in ernakulam. Want to explore current construction trends and experts. so following are my priorities for the designing. 1. Must have proper natural light and fresh air circulation.
2. Must have some space around and infront of the house
3. Expecting overall rate in the range 2000-2200/sqft
4. new and improved budget construction methods can be suggested
5. Elevation should not be a conventional kerala style house. Modern/classy/simple are preferred.
