I would like to cover the balcony of my house. It is a ground floor house located at Perumpally, near Pullukulangara, Kayamkulam, Kerala.

The first plan is that of my Ground floor, constructed in year 2000. The second one is my first floor plan, constructed in 2015. I want to modify/renovate my Ground floor by shifting the master bed room to Southwest and also extend the living cum dining area upto the work area. As an IT professional, I'm interested in creating a cozy office space on my home terrace. Currently, there's a truss roofing already in terrace, with a height of 6.5 feet. In this space, I envision having a table for my laptop, charging points, and a fan or AC unit. I'm looking for a compact cabin-style room.
