I just want a plan now. Possible floor area is 7.5mts x 11 mtrs, because of plot dimension. Need attached master bedroom to SW. Need a small guest room with common toilet, open kitchen with work area and a dining hall at ground floor. One room in first floor. Elevation facing South and main door facing east.
