I would to construct G+1. Each 2BHK - separate TC. Land 10.5mtr width & 33 mtr length- front slope plot. Want to explore load bearing or columns beam layout. Reliable cost saving construction. Eg use of non plastering bricks, simple kitchen etc. looking for someone who can help me execute from plan to finish.
