I have newly constructed floor with two bedrooms, one small living room and a kitchen. Paint, flooring and ceiling is done(can be updated with design if in budget). The entire floor is not too big, around 420 sqft, so need interior design that could fit storage and should not look crowded.

Requirements are as below: 1. Ceiling is required in all rooms. 2. Moulding Walls can be done in Living Room. 3. TV Unit, Crockery Unit at Dining Wall is needed in Living Room. 4. Kitchen needs to be expanded till Utility by Breaking the Mid Wall. As well as We can keep open Kitchen with Breakfast Top. 5. Kitchen needs all storage possible. 6. Each Bedroom needs Wardrobes. 7. 2 Bedrooms need TV Units with Storage. 8. 3 Washrooms needs Storage as well as Toilet Fittings. 9. Wiring needs to be done as it’s a raw flat. I think i’ve summarised it enough.

The plot is rectangular its length is 54 feet and its width is 17 feet , I want ground floor and 1 st floor and the house should have parking space , a mandir room and a big kitchen and big guest room space , and at least 4 bedroom with 2 separate bathrooms and even washroom for guest access , this should as per vast , the plot is north facing and I want the house should be good ventilated and need sunlight in the house and a good balcony with laundary space

I need 2-3 people for 2-D workings, who know how to work on Auto-Cad, and have standards knowledge, can do furniture working, ceiling workings, electricals, plumbing and other working drawings needed.

3D references of the room will be provided and the working should be done according to it.

I have a budget of 3 lakh. Furnitures I already have - 2 bed, 6 seater dining table. Need- TV unit, sofa cum bed, Mandir, Almirah cum study area in all bedrooms, minimalist false Ceiling, Glass partition Washroom - 2, storage below the basin area, wall mounted shoe cabinet..outside home. 1 wall mounted crockery unit in drawing room, use of mirrors if possible. 1 bedroom, 1 living room, 2 washroom. I want to utilise space best, need storage as much as possible however at the same time it should look spacious. The balcony behind with the kitchen practically cannot be used for keeping washing machine. If something can be done to utilise the space.
