I have a one storeyed 1000 sqft 3bhk home. Planning to make the ground floor spacious by removing to bedrooms and taking two bedrooms upstairs. Already stair room is there. Would like to do it in a cost effective way.

I am looking to add a second floor to my house. current house is around 1800 sqft. looking to add one bedroom and a living area above.

I have added plan of the ground floor as well as a rough idea and position of the new (planned) bedroom and living room. The bedroom has to be in the right side as per vasthu. But the living size and shape is flexible. I am referring to the part of pic in green lines.

we are looking for someone to make proper plan and 3D for the second floor.
