Found this Plan on Pinterest. Just wanted to know. The roof above the sitout is touching the walls which are made of bricks right? During the heavy rainy season the walls are prone to get wet every time in this design I suppose. Will this cause leakage and problems as the walls are made of bricks ?

1. Must have proper natural light and fresh air circulation.
2. Must have some space around and infront of the house
3. Expecting overall rate in the range 2000-2200/sqft
4. new and improved budget construction methods can be suggested
5. Elevation should not be a conventional kerala style house. Modern/classy/simple are preferred.
6. least wood works.
7. planning for a smart home by incorporating IOT devices so suitable suggestions are welcome.
8. Greenery is a must.
9. Lot of storage space, well arranged interior, open kitchen, spacious master bedroom, total 3/4 rooms, good terrace with provisions for a rooftop garden in future.
