I am looking for someone to create a 3D editable format in a easy to use application ( with excat dimentions) so that I can try various furthitures, false ceiling, lingting etc in my mind. So ideas to better design it also welcome. I do have the CAd drawing in DWG and PDF format .

Hello,

I am looking to add a second floor to my house. current house is around 1800 sqft. looking to add one bedroom and a living area above.

I have added plan of the ground floor as well as a rough idea and position of the new (planned) bedroom and living room. The bedroom has to be in the right side as per vasthu. But the living size and shape is flexible. I am referring to the part of pic in green lines.

we are looking for someone to make proper plan and 3D for the second floor.
