any suggessions about this plan based on vasthu . give me more ideas for the plan.how much the minimum cost for renovation locaton is palakkad- mannarkkad. already i have a double floor house.but the first floor can be changed little things.

Need to draw 3d model of a multi purpose outhouse. total less than 600 sqft. presently to be used as a out house and later to be converted as a farm house. this setup has to be adjacent to a pond. Traditional Kerala style preferred. preference will be given to Architect/Engineers who can visit the site. Low cost construction preferred.

Requirement Ground floor and first floor plan Ground floor two bed room, separate living and dinning , open kitchen one master bed room with dressing and toilet .One medium bedroom with out bathroom, one Common bathroom inside home first floor now only one bedroom ,living, sitout,space left for one more bedroom and kitchen planning to rent out in future. car parking not mandatory .foundation laid for 3 storey building.2d or 3d Frond elavation also needed
