Requirement by Civil Contractor 1).CSR Quotation (Centring shuttering & Reinforcement) in (Sqft without material) 2).You should have skilled and highly skilled manpower who have worked on building projects 3).You should have your own engineer foreman or supervisor on site Building Details Basement + Gr + 9 storey . Built up Area  - 13,9316 Sqm ( approx. ) ( 14,99,040 /- sqft ) (covering  Gr floor + 9 storey ) , average built-up area for one floor is 1,49,904 sqft  Note – built up area excludes openings viz , services & lift shaft and stairwell . Mode of measurement -  out to out dimension of building , excluding all opening and  stairwell . Slabs may have drops Shuttering qty for building – approx. 34350 sqm  (column + beam + slab) for typical floor Rebar qty per floor – approx. 281 MT ( Column + beam + slab ) for typical floor Concrete qty – approx. 4688 Cum ( column + beam + slab ) for  typical floor Note:- Present status – sub structure work is in progress Time duration –  9  months from 1st Oct 2022 Payment within 15 -20days after submission of invoice Interested contractor is requested to share your Perday productivity also on quotation letter.
