my plot size is 376 gaj where front is 48 and depth is 80 moving ahead I want to build house with space 150-200 gaj ... i want hall kitchen 3bhk excluding 1 office type meeting room... bathroom attached with every room... kithen wardrobe bathrooms to be fully modular(not wooden)
1. neagtive space of kitchen to be utilised in design
2. wardrobe to have all cabinets including minor things i.e. tie watch mirror shoes bangle stand etc
3. pooja ghar space following vastu and whole house to be followed by vastu
4. bathroom should not be at the entrance house, and near to pooja ghar and kitchen
5. vehicle parking space
6. Doors/long to be long and wide i.e 10 ft door
7.staircase and parking space can be combined
