sir, my plot of 13.5 cents is Gradually leaning downwards towards east from 0 at the West to 150 cm at the extreme end, it is proposed to construct an rcc framed residential bldg with the east side setback as 300cm and to fill with soil upto the same level of the West side. then can I do the ground floor flooring over 7.5 cm pcc after tamping the filled soil top? my fear is whether there is any chance of settling the soil and cracking the floor or may I do rcc slab same as roof?
No need for the RCC slab. Flooring should be done after the consolidation of the filled earth. Give much time for the consolidation and filling. For more discussion don't hesitate to call me at 9645047777
