sir, my plot of 13.5 cents is Gradually leaning downwards towards east from 0 at the West to 150 cm at the extreme end, it is proposed to construct an rcc framed residential bldg with the east side setback as 300cm and to fill with soil upto the same level of the West side. then can I do the ground floor flooring over 7.5 cm pcc after tamping the filled soil top? my fear is whether there is any chance of settling the soil and cracking the floor or may I do rcc slab same as roof?

Is there any alternative to gypsum/ pop false ceiling as i do not want to lower the height of the ceiling. Something like metal grid ceiling?

We had a builder reconstruct an independent house on our own land. there is a payment dispute now and the builder has taken the keys and he is not giving the occupation certificate. when we went to municipality to ask for occupation certificate they are not giving proper response.
oh the payment dispute part, builder seems to gave been overcharging us and hence we said we won't pay until he gives proper justification
please advice what can I do here

I have a plot with area of 10 cents in Ernakulam as shown below (the highlighted ones). Private roads on both sides. I have a requirement to sell a 3 cent from this. Please suggest which portion is best to cut from this. Planning to build a 3 bhk house on each floor (G+2) with 1&2 floor for rental purposes.

if its rcc framed structure then its better to do rcc slab as floor than pcc to avoid settlement cracks. if u have more doubts pls mesg us
