Have there any issue in making inverted "T beam" on top of the rubble masonary basement to make the foundation a solid block? Is this kind of fountation commonly made in Kerala?

Also, he suggested to construct pillars(20x20 cm) within the wall (mold after leaving gap between walls) to reinforce and hold the slabs, as the span is big. I doubt such pillar joints with brick walls create vertical cracks after 3- 4 seasons. whats is your opinion on enforcement, doing this kind of works usually for double storied houses in Kerala.

rubble masonry basement ൽ plinth beam / belt , 4 '' / 6 " / 8 " ( 10/15/ 20 cm ) കൊടുത്ത്, ഭിത്തി മുകളിലോട്ട് പണിയുന്നതാണ് Kerala style .Roof ൻ്റെ load ഭിത്തിയിൽ കുടി transmit ചെയ്യാൻ ആണല്ലോ basement , belt ,foundation with offsets ....?
