3.45 cents. 800-900 sq.ft house is being planned with mid level quality materials. A small ramp with hand rail at the entrance and a disabled friendly toilet in one room is also planned. Looking for 1) An able architect/Engineer for planning after visiting site and overall supervision of work or 2) Full contract of total work with proper planning. (Please Note: 2d/3d drawing only after asking diagonal measurement wont help me. So those who can visit the site only is preferred. I am looking for a long term accessible home being a person having severe disability. Planning stage is equally important as construction)

2.6 cent സ്ഥലം. ചെറിയ വീട് ആണ് ഉദ്ദേശിക്കുന്നത്. ബജറ്റ് വളരെ കുറവാണ്. പക്ഷേ ജീവിതത്തിൽ ആദ്യത്തേതും ഒരുപക്ഷേ അവസാനത്തേതും ആയ വീടായിരികും ഇത്. അത് കൊണ്ട് ഇഷ്ടമുള്ള ചില കാര്യങ്ങള് വീട്ടിൽ ഉൾപ്പെടുത്തണം എന്നുണ്ട്. plot layout താഴെ കൊടുത്തിട്ടുണ്ട്. plot no.5 (3.24 cent) ആണ് വാങ്ങുന്നത്. ഇതിൽ വരചിരിക്കുന്നത് പ്രകാരം road പോയിട്ട് ബാകി 2.6 ഉണ്ടെന്ന് ആണ് ഉടമസ്ഥൻ പറഞ്ഞത്. അളന്നു കറക്റ്റ് site plan കിട്ടിയിട്ടില്ല. ഏകദേശം ഒരു അളവ് താഴെ കൊടുത്തിട്ടുണ്ട്. മുകളിൽ ഒരു ബെഡ്റൂം, with kitchen provision പണിത് വാടകയ്ക്ക് കൊടുക്കാൻ ആണ് ഉദ്ദേശിക്കുന്നത്. ഇപ്പൊൾ ബജറ്റിൽ നിൽക്കില്ലെങ്കിൽ പിന്നീട് ആണെങ്കിലും. അപ്പോൾ 2 കാർ പാർക്കിംഗ് ഉള്ള സ്ഥലം, വേണ്ടി വന്നാൽ പുറത്ത് കൂടി stair വെക്കാനുള്ള സ്ഥലം ഇവ വിട്ടു കഴിഞ്ഞാൽ താഴെ എത്ര സ്ക്വയർ ഫിറ്റ് ചെയ്യാൻ ഒക്കും? നല്ല രീതിയിൽ ഒരു ബെഡ്റൂം attached ബാത്ത് റൂം, ഒരു ചെറിയ hall (living + Dining ), open kitchen and staircase ചെയ്യാൻ പറ്റുമോ? വീട്ടിൽ കുറച്ച് അധികം സ്റ്റോറേജ് സ്പേസ് വേണം എന്നുണ്ട്. quality compromise ചെയ്യാതെ പരമാവധി ചിലവ് കുറച്ച് ചെയ്യുകയാണെങ്കിൽ എത്ര രൂപ വരും..ഇത്രയും ചെയ്യാൻ..
