I am looking to add a second floor to my house. current house is around 1800 sqft. looking to add one bedroom and a living area above.

I have added plan of the ground floor as well as a rough idea and position of the new (planned) bedroom and living room. The bedroom has to be in the right side as per vasthu. But the living size and shape is flexible. I am referring to the part of pic in green lines.

we are looking for someone to make proper plan and 3D for the second floor.

Rectangular shape 23 cent solid plot in chengannur. I wish to build a new home with max of 2000 Sqft. The home should be 3 bhk room, Kitchen with work area, bathrooms, sitout/ balcony, car space, hall with dining area with minimum interior. Need to set an area in second floor for the future add on rooms.
