Seeking expert advise. പുതുതായി പണിത വീടിൻ്റെ താഴെ നിലയിൽ ഒരു റൂമിനു ബാത്റൂം അറ്റാച്ച് ചെയ്യണം. ബാത്റൂം already ഉണ്ട്, റൂമിലേക്ക് അറ്റാച്ചു ചെയ്താൽ മാത്രം മതി. പ്രശ്‍നം എന്താണെന്ന് വെച്ചാൽ അവിടെ റൂമിന് lintel ഇല്ല. കല്ല് ഇളക്കിയതിന് ശേശം പുതിയ lintel ആക്കാം എന്ന് കോണ്ട്രാക്ടർ പറഞ്ഞു. ഇങ്ങനെ ചെയ്‌യുന്നതിൽ എന്തെങ്കിലും റിസ്ക് ഉണ്ടോ ? പണി നടക്കുമ്പോഴോ ഭാവിയിലോ ഇത് വീടിൻ്റെ ഉറപ്പിനെ ബാധിക്കുമോ ? ഇ വർക്ക് ചെയ്യുമ്പോൾ സൂക്ഷിക്കേണ്ട കാര്യങ്ങൾ എന്തൊക്ക ആണ്.. അറിയാവുന്നവർ ഒന്ന് വിശദീകരിക്കാമോ Thanks in advance :)

consider these things before removing the stone 1. pls do a strong support on the slab before removing the stone 2.check the openings other than the door opening it should not be greater than 1.5 meter 3.load above the opening if the building has more than a floor 4.check the foundation is stable and strong 5 check any crack on the wall other than settlement crack and also consider the stength of the building, also before the removal of stone close the excisting door for safety
