I want to build a house with 4-5 bedrooms in a plot which is 6 cents. 1. BedRooms with attached toilets - 4 2. Lengthy outer verandah. 3. Double height sitting and dining. 4. Open kitchen. 5. Walls only for bedrooms. 6. Spacious Bedrooms with good ceiling height. 7. Big windows with room to sleep/sit. 8. Liberal use of indoor and outdoor plants with automated watering system. 9. A mix of traditional/modern/contemporary architectural style. Prefer earthen architecture sans the dullness associated with it. 10. Plenty of wind and sunlight as possible. 11.
