I just want to convert my terrace into a bedroom without attached bathroom.Almost 6 years now untill my house was constructed. My house is a 3 bedroom 2 storey house. But we made
1 bedroom as an open space at the time of construction.So the space for one bedroom and an attached bathroom is an open terrace now. Now we changed our mind and come up with this conversion of open terrace back into bedroom. Can anyone give any idea other than concrete roof.
Any suggestion regarding its construction? i prefer low budget.

I am a wheel chaired person since 2 years
I am aworking in a nationalised bank
My plan of a house is under 80 lakhs.
My family consists of a wife n teenaged son.
My house may consist of two floors
but all ground floor rooms should be accessible to me
A separate portion with porch and ramp to a varandha,then bed room a pantry/minibar, entertaiment room etc which is connected internaly also to main house.
This part also to be part of my main house varanda
Ground floor should have 2 bedrooms, dining, living,stair case,kitchen and a
patio
The 1st floor should have a blcony with 2,bedrooms entertainment room.
The drawing / living room of ground floor should share same roof of Ist floor.
