വീടിന്റെ roof, Concrete ചെയ്യുമ്പോൾ wall ൽ നിന്ന് ഒരു മീറ്റർ തള്ളി വാർപ്പ് പുറത്തേക്ക b കൊടുക്കുന്നതുകൊണ്ട് കുഴപ്പമുണ്ടോ . ബാൽക്കണി കുറച്ച് ഭാഗത്ത് കൊടുക്കാൻ വേണ്ടിയാണ്. ഒത്തിരി വീതി വേണ്ട ബാൽക്കണിക്ക് . അങ്ങനെ ചെയ്യുമ്പോൾ pillar കൊടുക്കേണ്ടിവരുമോ . carporch, കമ്പിയടിച്ചിട്ട് മുകളിൽ ഓട് ഇടാനാ. ആ ഭാഗത്തെ മുറിയുടെ പുറത്തേക്ക് ചെറിയ ബാൽക്കണി കൊടുക്കാൻ വേണ്ടിയാ.

Please share the pictures . ബാൽക്കണി ആണെങ്കിൽ structural design ചെയ്യണം , counter balanced ആയ (2/3) load ഉണ്ടാകണം . cantilever portion ൽ വരുന്ന Dead load, live load etc.. നോക്കിയാണ് beam OR slab size , steel size , zone , spaing ഒക്കെ നിർണ്ണയിക്കുക , Please consult a Civil structural engineer .
