I need a 3BHK plan. 2 bedroom should in group floor. Seperate living and dining room. one of the bedroom in ground floor should be bath attached with dressing area(Master bedroom). Other bedroom is non attached. Bedroom in first floor also Master bedroom attached bathroom with dressing area. Placement for wash area: wash area and dining area should not be closer. 1 modular kitchen. small work area. 1 common bathroom in ground floor. Car porch, store room didn't require. Sit out in an average size, not too big or too small.
