സർ,ശ്രദ്ധിക്കുക ഒരു option എടുത്തു കഴിഞ്ഞാൽ അത് permemnt ആവശ്യം ആണോ changing വേണമോ എന്ന് ആലോചിച്ചതിനു ശേഷം തീരുമാനം എടുക്കുക... ഇപ്പോളുള്ള പല വീടുകളും മണലിന്റെ അഭാവത്തിൽ m-sand വെച്ചുപണിയുന്നത് ആണ്.. അത്കൊണ്ട് തന്നെ moisture issue വരാൻ സാധ്യത കൂടുതൽ ആണ്. moisture എന്ന് പറയുമ്പോ watercontent പുറത്തേക് വരുന്നതാണ് അത് ഒന്നുകിൽ bathroom tile പൊട്ടി നനവ് ചുമരിൽ പിടിക്കുന്നതോ.. ഭൂമിയിൽ നിന്ന് വെള്ളം തറയിൽ കയറി ഭിത്തിനനഞ്ഞു 3അടിക്ക് താഴെ വരുന്നതോ ആവാം.. ഈ അവസ്ഥ ഉള്ള സ്ഥലങ്ങളിൽ proper painting with consulting ചെയ്തില്ലെങ്കിൽ ഒരു കമ്പനിയുടെ paint പോലും നിക്കില്ല.. അഥവാ അവിടെ tile ഒട്ടികുകയാണെങ്കിൽ പശയുടെ പിടിത്തം വിട്ട് കുറച്ചു നാളുകൾ ഉള്ളിൽ തന്നെ ബലം നഷ്ടപെട്ട് tile വീഴാൻ സാധ്യത ഉണ്ട്‌... തീരുമാനം എന്ത് തന്നെ ആണെങ്കിലും surface അതിനു അനുയോജ്യം ആണോ എന്ന് ഉറപ്പ് വരുത്തുക..
