What is the average labour cost per sq ft for electric for a new construction house in kannur. 2800 sq ft in total....1600 ground floor and 1200 first floor. Both floor should have separate meter connection. Provision for rooftop solar to be considered.

one of my bathrooms has a leakage problem, it is assumed to be from floor water which gets dripped near the sunshade near the bathroom. no water found right below the bathroom. are there any options to fix this without changing floor tiles. bathroom is on the first floor.
