പൂപ്പൽ ബാധിച്ച ഭാഗങ്ങൾ re-paint ചെയ്യുമ്പോൾ അതില്ലാതാക്കാനും വീണ്ടും വരാതിരിക്കാനും എന്ത് ചെയ്യണം  ?

my original interior painting is without putty. last painted 13 years ago. water leak cracks are now being repaired by using cement. after it is finished, I am going to repaint. is it needed to use putty or primer is sufficient? if putty is used how much will be cost

വീടിൻറെ PLAN & 3D ചെയ്യാൻ നോക്കുമ്പോൾ, നിങ്ങൾ ആലോചിക്കേണ്ടത് എന്തെല്ലാം ?? 🤔

1. നിങ്ങളുടെ വീട്ടിലെ ഇപ്പോഴുള്ള അംഗങ്ങളും 10-30 വർഷത്തിൽ ഭാവിയിൽ വരാൻ സാധ്യതയുള്ള അംഗങ്ങളുടെയും എണ്ണം. കാരണം അത് അനുസരിച്ചു പ്ലാൻ ചെയ്താൽ, ഭാവിയിൽ extension എടുക്കാനും ഉപകാരമാകും
 
2. Single Floor / Double floor ആക്കണോ ? 

3. Single floor ആണെങ്കിൽ Stair room വേണമോ ? ഉണ്ടെങ്കിൽ നന്നാകും..

4. ഇപ്പോൾ Single floor ചെയ്യുവാനും, ഭാവിയിൽ മുകളിലേക്ക് എടുക്കാനും ആഗ്രഹിക്കുന്നെങ്കിൽ, വീടിന്റെ elevation ഉം അത് അനുസരിച്ചു ചെയ്യിക്കുക.. അല്ലെങ്കിൽ ഭാവിയിൽ extra ചിലവുകൾ വരാൻ സാധ്യതയുണ്ട്.

5. Single floor budget home ആണെങ്കിൽ ഫുൾ slop roof ഒഴിവാക്കുന്നത് നല്ലതായിരിക്കും.

6. ബെഡ്റൂം ആവശ്യത്തിനു വലുപ്പം നൽകാൻ നോക്കുക, sqft തികക്കാനായി bedroom എല്ലാം ചെറുതാക്കിയാൽ പിന്നീട് ബുദ്ധിമുട്ടാകാം...

7. നിങ്ങളുടെ ഏകദേശ BUDGET തീരുമാനിക്കുക. 

8. കൂടുതൽ interior design ഉദേശികുന്നെങ്കിൽ ആദ്യം തന്നെയോ വീടിന്റെ structure ന് മുൻപോ interior design ഫൈനൽ ആക്കുക.

9. വലിയ പ്ലോട്ട് ആണെങ്കിൽ ഭാവിയിൽ വേറെ വീടിനുള്ള പ്ലാൻ ഉണ്ടെങ്കിൽ, അത് അനുസരിച്ചു ആദ്യ വീടിനുള്ള സ്ഥലം കണക്കാക്കുക.

10. മറ്റുള്ളവരുടെ 3d elevation ഇഷ്ടമായത് ഉണ്ടെങ്കിൽ, അത് reference എടുക്കാം.. പക്ഷെ, plan നിങ്ങളുടെ ആവശ്യങ്ങൾ നോക്കി പറഞ്ഞു ചെയ്യിക്കുക.

11. Plot sketch, plan, 3d etc.. എന്നും നിങ്ങളുടെ കയ്യിലും കരുതുക. 
Permit drawing ആണെങ്കിലും pdf file എഞ്ചിനീർസ്/ architects ന്റെ കയ്യിൽ നിന്നും വേടിക്കുക.

ഇത്‌ കൂടതെ ഇനിയും പല കാര്യങ്ങളും വീടിന്റെ പ്ലാനിങ്ങിൽ ഒരു customer ശ്രേദ്ധിക്കേണ്ടത് ഉണ്ട്..
