ആകെയുള്ളത് 10-12 ലക്ഷം രൂപയും കുറെ ആഗ്രഹങ്ങളുമാണ്. ബഡ്ജറ്റ് വീടുകൾ ചെയ്യുന്ന ആരെങ്കിലും ചെങ്ങന്നൂർ ഭാഗത്ത് ഉണ്ടോ ? എനിക് treditional ശൈലിയിൽ ഉള്ള മിനിമലിസ്റ്റിക് modern വീടുകളാണ് ഇഷ്ടം.
ഒരു പ്ലാൻ വരച്ചിട്ടുണ്ട്.
സ്ഥലംത്തിന്റെ വീതി 7 മീറ്ററും നീളം 22 മീറ്ററുമാണ് . വീടിന്റെ മുൻപിൽ പഞ്ചായത്ത് റോഡാണ്.
ഇന്റര്ലോക്ക് കട്ടകൾ കൊണ്ടു കെട്ടിയാൽ ലാഭമുണ്ടെന്നു പലരും പറഞ്ഞു കേട്ടു. പക്ഷേ എന്റെ വീടിന്റെ അടുത്തെങ്ങും അത്തരം കട്ടകൾ കൊണ്ടു കെട്ടിടമുണ്ടാക്കുന്നവർ ഇല്ല.
