not at all. ഒരു വീടിന് വേണ്ട സൗകര്യങ്ങൾ അതിൽ താമസിക്കുന്ന ആളുകളുടെ ആവശ്യത്തിന് ആയിരിക്കണം. അതിൽ വളരെ basic ആയി വരുന്ന ചില സൗകര്യങ്ങൾ ഒഴിച്ച് മറ്റൊന്നും mandatory അല്ല. അത് നമുക്ക് ആവശ്യമുണ്ട് എന്ന് തോന്നുന്നുണ്ടെങ്കിൽ മാത്രം ചെയ്യുക. നമ്മുടെ ആവശ്യം മറ്റൊരാൾക്ക് അനാവശ്യമായിക്കാം. choose wisely. save money 😊. എന്റെ ആവശ്യത്തിൽ 3 bedroom attached ആണെങ്കിൽ common bathroom ന്റെ ആവശ്യം വരുന്നില്ല. so ഞാൻ ആ രീതിയിൽ ആണ് വീട് വെക്കുന്നത്. എന്നാൽ വീട്ടിൽ കൂടുതൽ visitors വരുന്ന ഒരാളെ സംബന്ധിച്ച് common bathroom നല്ലതാണ്😊

Better to provide one for servants and outsiders

It's better to add a minimum spaced common bathroom with a door from outside. if somebody not so cold relative came and you will not be needed them to use your private ones. If it's a budget home not needed. Some people may not like to allow outsiders to their bedrooms. If you are ok with that no need of common bathroom.
