Hi all, As per building rules can we give 0.6m setback on one side yard without neighbors concent? and provide only ventilation openings on that side? please reply.........

For all plots above 3 cents generally should have 1m set back on sides and in case of lesser setback you should obtain a concent from the nearby plot owner

As per kerala building rules you should provide 1m on each sides 1.5 m on rear side and 3 m on front side.If this distance is not on your plot you need concent letter for getting a permit
