and, while submitting the documents for sanction, while preparing the LSR from bank's side, they have a valuation done by the empanelled valuation team from bank side.

They have sanctioned 30 lakh based on my salary, but they haven't done any property valuation till now. They are asking me to start the construction. Once I finish the foundation then they will do the valuation and sent it for legal approval. Then only we will be able to sign the agreement. Is this the correct process?
