You can choose to have a different column layout to avoid beam in between many areas. Also you can have a better layout as you have a good plot size.

Hi, I need to plan 4BHK with seperate room for mandir and storage. Utility area marked in map is south side and entrance is east side. We have some plans but we are not satisfied. In this plan all internal walls can be shifted and as per builder we cannot construct on areas marked as balconies. However areas marked as orange can be used. My requirements 1) Mandir Room 2) On entry house should look big for which we are looking for kitchen dining and sitting area adjacent to each other. 4) For privacy we want to have all room on corners with attached bathroom ( 6x7 ). 5) We require 1 master bed room - 14x15. 6) We require 2 rooms together , one will be for kids, with study on one wall.The same room will be used as guest room. Deliverables 1)We are looking for 2D /3D layout designer, with help of whom we can foresee actuall home. -with detailed map of kitchen, rooms, washroom, temple - home decor ideas for sitting area, entrance, balconies , dining area etc . -Green area planning for area marked as terrace - Dining area with balcony planned with restraunt like theme We want to avoid 1) Long galleries inside home I want to move step by step by having 2D design,3D design, plan edits then towards actual construction.
