Gypsum is not suitable for Kerala climate. Why?
1. Relative humidity in kerala is above 95%.
2. Moisture content in Air is over 80%.
3. Six months uneven rains in kerala leading to slipage of water from wet external walla into internal walls thru capillary action leads to Gypsum failure in near future.
4. Gypsum leads to bronchittis in elderly persons as gypsum particles floats in air after few years.
5. Very less Pot life say 20-30mins leads to material wastage.
we suggest go for SandFree plaster which is an IGBC product much stronger than any Gypsum brand in kerala, even Kerala Govt is promoting SandFree. Refer kerala Govt website htyps://savenm.in
