Kolo family യിൽ സ്ഥിരമായി വരുന്ന ഒരു സംശയ Post ആണ് M' Sand ൻ്റെ Quality സാധാരണക്കാരന് എങ്ങനെ മനസ്സിലാക്കാം എന്ന് ?.. വീടു നിർമ്മാണത്തിന് site കളിൽ എത്തിക്കുന്നതെല്ലാം ഗുണനിലവാരമുള്ള M'Sand ആകണമെന്നില്ല.
പുഴ മണലായാലും ,M'Sand (Crushed stone sand)അയാലും, ഉപയോഗിക്കേണ്ട Metal (graded stone aggregate) ആയാലും Test ചെയ്ത് ഗുണനിലവാരം ഉറപ്പാക്കിയിട്ടേ കോൺക്രീറ്റിന് ഉപയോഗിക്കാവൂ. Grade അനുസരിച്ച് Concrete ന് strength കിട്ടണമെങ്കിൽ cement മാത്രം കുറെ കൂടുതൽ ഇട്ടാൽ മതിയാവില്ല. പരുപരുപ്പു തരികളുള്ള മണലും(coarse
sand) ഗ്രേഡഡ് മെറ്റലും( 20mm മുതൽ താഴോട്ടുള്ള 10mm, 4.75mm Size കളിൽ ഉള്ള Graded Stone aggregate ഉം RCC/concrete നുമുള്ള Specification conform ചെയ്യുന്നവയാകണം ) ഒരു reputed നിർമ്മാതാക്കളുടെ1500 gm M 'sand ൻ്റെ Sample Designmixനു വേണ്ടി Sieve test ചെയ്തപ്പോൾ കിട്ടിയ resultഉം ചുവടെ ചേർക്കുന്നു. ഇതുപയോഗിച്ചു ചെയ്ത M 20 mix കോൺക്രീറ്റ് ക്യൂബ് സാമ്പിൾ 28 days കഴിഞ്ഞ് ടെസ്റ്റു ചെയ്തപ്പോൾ 44 N/ sq.mm Comp.Strength ൽ എത്തിയതായും result ൽ പറയുന്നു. കരാറിൽ വ്യവസ്ഥ വെച്ചു കൊണ്ട് അത്യാവശ്യം
T& P( Tools and plants) ഉള്ള കരാറുകാരെ പണിയേൽപ്പിച്ചാൽ ഗുണനിലവാരമുള്ള കോൺക്രീറ്റുപയോഗിച്ച് വീടുപണിയാം. മണലിൻ്റെയും മെറ്റലിൻ്റെയും ഗുണനിലവാരം site ൽ തന്നെ ചെയ്യാവുന്ന Simple Test കളിലൂടെ എങ്ങനെ ഉറപ്പാക്കാം. Test കളെ കുറിച്ച് വിശദമായി എഴുതിയാൽ Post നീണ്ടുപോകുമെന്നുള്ളതു കൊണ്ട് Youtube ൽ ലഭ്യമായTest Demos ൻ്റെ Screen shot കൾ കൂടി Photo / comments ആയി Post ചെയ്യാം.

Gypsum is not suitable for Kerala climate. Why? 1. Relative humidity in kerala is above 95%. 2. Moisture content in Air is over 80%. 3. Six months uneven rains in kerala leading to slipage of water from wet external walla into internal walls thru capillary action leads to Gypsum failure in near future. 4. Gypsum leads to bronchittis in elderly persons as gypsum particles floats in air after few years. 5. Very less Pot life say 20-30mins leads to material wastage. we suggest go for SandFree plaster which is an IGBC product much stronger than any Gypsum brand in kerala, even Kerala Govt is promoting SandFree.
