is anyone tested compression strength of laterite stone and concrete blocks using for walls??

i know the values will vary as per quality.
can anyone give me an average values..

Confusion on selecting these, im planning for a budget home, ground floor with 8inch thick concrete blocks and first floor with 6inch blocks..
is this will be structurally stable??..

can anyone give a detailed feedback on vettukal and concrete block..

2. Single Floor / Double floor ആക്കണോ ? 

3. Single floor ആണെങ്കിൽ Stair room വേണമോ ? ഉണ്ടെങ്കിൽ നന്നാകും..

4. ഇപ്പോൾ Single floor ചെയ്യുവാനും, ഭാവിയിൽ മുകളിലേക്ക് എടുക്കാനും ആഗ്രഹിക്കുന്നെങ്കിൽ, വീടിന്റെ elevation ഉം അത് അനുസരിച്ചു ചെയ്യിക്കുക.. അല്ലെങ്കിൽ ഭാവിയിൽ extra ചിലവുകൾ വരാൻ സാധ്യതയുണ്ട്.
