വീടിന്റെ പെർമിറ്റ് അപേക്ഷ കൊടുത്തത് കട്ടിള വെക്കുന്നതിന്റെ അഞ്ചു ദിവസം മുന്നേ ആണ്. പക്ഷെ പെർമിറ്റ് റെഡി ആക്കിയത് തറ പണി നടക്കുന്നതിന്റെ ടൈമിൽ ആയിരുന്നു(ഒന്നര മാസം) അന്ന് കൈവശ സർടിഫിക്കേറ്റൽ ചില അപാകത കാരണം കൊടുക്കാൻ പറ്റിയില്ല. പെർമിറ്റ് പ്രൊപോസ്ഡ് ആയിട്ടായിരുന്നു ചെയ്തിരുന്നത് ഇപ്പോൾ കൊടുത്തപ്പോഴും അങ്ങനെ ആയിരുന്നു. പക്ഷെ പഞ്ചായത്തിൽനിന്നും overseer വന്നപ്പോഴേക്കും ആദ്യത്തെ മെയിൻ സ്ളാബ് കഴിഞ്ഞിരുന്നു. അന്ന് പെർമിറ്റ് റെഡി ആക്കിയ എഞ്ചിനീയർ അല്ല ഇപ്പോൾ വർക്ക് എടുക്കുന്നത്. പുതിയ എഞ്ചിനീയർ എങ്ങനെ ആണ് പെർമിറ്റ് റെഡി ആക്കിയത് എന്ന് അറിയില്ലായിരുന്നു. പഞ്ചായത്തിൽ പോയപ്പോൾ അവർ പറയുന്നത് ഇനി റെഗുലറൈസ് ചെയ്തു കൊടുക്കണം എന്നാണ്. 1750 sqft ആണ് ടോട്ടൽ. ഫൈൻ ഉണ്ടാകുമോ...? നിലവിലെ നിരക്ക് അനുസരിച്ചു 1750 sqft ന് നോർമൽ എത്രയാണ് പെർമിറ്റ് ചാർജ്..? please give me a proper answer..........
