വീട് മുഴുവൻ ആയി renovate ചെയ്യാൻ ആണെങ്കിൽ മുകളിൽ ബാൽകണി ഒഴിവാക്കാം. പിന്നെ ഓരോ റൂമിനും bathroom കൊടുക്കാതെ commen ആയി താഴെയും മുകളിലും bathroom കൊടുത്തിട്ട് master bedroom അറ്റാച്ഡ് ആയി കൊടുക്കാം. പിന്നെ kitchen രണ്ടെണ്ണം നിർബന്ധം ഇല്ല എങ്കിൽ ഒരു kitchen അത്യാവശ്യം വിശാലതയോടെ കൊടുക്കാം. പിന്നെ മുകളിൽ ഹാൾ ചെയ്യാതെ passage പോലെ കൊടുക്കാം.

I am looking for tile and wall paint combo for my house, I want very calm and beautiful colour which gives a rich look. Can i have some combination on tile and paint colours. (budget no issue)

I have given contract for work up to 1st floor concrete. 25 percent of the amount given as advance. now work upto 2 rows of basement done. plinth belt yet to do. If I want to quit the contract and give it to some one else. how do I proceed. can anyone advise. should I go legal. 2600 sq ft home include car porch. can anyone provide approximate cost upto basement using laterite red stone 3rd no. for foundation and 2nd for basement. Basement was for 3 stone height rows in some areas and other area gone upto 7 rows additionally note that septik tank and sewerage tank made. but plaster and concrete not done so far.
