Is it okay to do the roof using roofing sheet and false ceiling instaeda of roof concrete slab? Is it will be more economical or not? Did it durable and enough to withstand on winds in our climate?

you can provide roof using sheet. It will be economical and it is also durable and strong enough to withstand wind.False ceiling should also be provided in order to reduce the heat inside the room.
