Is it advisable to build a first floor on a existing home with ground floor only, if the existing foundation does not contain any belt concrete? Please advise
Better check the bearing capacity of the soil, strength and depth of the foundation. If they are strong enough go for light weight materials.Do construct the light weight walls exactly over the below walls for safe transfer of loads.
