Further to my post work required in the old house details :- 1. Settlement issue on one side of the house. House was closed and not maintained for 4 years. 2. 3 - 4 Columns to be constructed new and along with 2 walls to be constructed new as there are cracks in the wall. 3. Water proof treatment and grouting of the roof. 4. Two existing bathrooms to be renovated. 5. POP work on the ceilings. 6. New water tank installation with plumbing work. 7. Floor cleaning. 8. Hi! This is Shailesh Gautam, I have a house of one floor, the size of the house is 15x36, it's a two side open house. We have to demolish the first floor first then we have to reconstruct it, there will be 3 shops on ground floor and on the first floor there will be 1 hall plus open kitchen and 1 room. I need a house plan and a contractor.

Hi, I need to plan 4BHK with seperate room for mandir and storage.
Utility area marked in map is south side and entrance is east side.

We have some plans but we are not satisfied.
In this plan all internal walls can be shifted and as per builder we cannot construct on areas marked as balconies.
However areas marked as orange can be used.

My requirements
1) Mandir Room
2) On entry house should look big for which we are looking for kitchen dining and sitting area adjacent to each other.
4) For privacy we want to have all room on corners with attached bathroom ( 6x7 ).
5) We require 1 master bed room - 14x15.
6) We require 2 rooms together , one will be for kids, with study on one wall.The same room will be used as guest room.

Deliverables
1)We are looking for 2D /3D layout designer, with help of whom we can foresee actuall home.
-with detailed map of kitchen, rooms, washroom, temple
- home decor ideas for sitting area, entrance, balconies , dining area etc .
-Green area planning for area marked as terrace
- Dining area with balcony planned with restraunt like theme

We want to avoid
1) Long galleries inside home

I want to move step by step by having 2D design,3D design, plan edits then towards actual construction.

planning to get interior for 4 bhk flat in Faridabad, what can be the estimated budget?

I have a DDA flat on top floor, where the wall tiles placed over that column has developed cracks all over. I did try replacing the tile but the tiles cracked again after some time. This column is at the the entry side from staircase. What could be the reason and possible solution, there is not much space for jacketing of the column which more than 40 years old
