Hi It depends.. both has its own postive and negative.. Pop ceiling cannot be easily repairable but gyproc does. gyproc is for fast installation and is cheaper than pop.. if you want to do some stencil Design you can easily done in pop but not in gyproc

depends on the use. but for residential projects i personally recomend pop
