I am planning to build 1 floor with inside stair have 2 bedroom with attached bathroom and hall and a open terrace.Already 740 sqfeet occupied in ground it's in 3 cent. I would like I know approximate cost

Approximate cost of construction will be Rs 1500 to 2000 per sq ft excluding costly interior works but including normal interior works for kitchen cupboards and shelves in bed rooms etc at ernakulam. Cost of construction depending on the type of materials you are selecting for the construction. Its also depends on Shape of plan The type of elevation Width of road to house (Size of truck entering to plot) If road width is limitations , the material conveyance charge will be more. Availability of construction materials stacking space ( Since you have only 3 cents and ground floor occupied almost space of land , materials stacking space may be less) Type of finishing works Type of electrical and sanitary fittings etc.
