The facility, which was erected in the 1930s, provided water to the local region until it was deactivated and left abandoned. The luxury basement of the property includes a workshop, wine cellar, gym, movie theatre, garage, and twin remote-controlled doors. Outside, there’s an in-ground saltwater swimming pool and a completely walled backyard that respects the natural contours of the terrain.
