Sneak Peek Into Kartik Aryan’s Rs 1.60 Crore Cosy Apartment in Versova

Popular Bollywood actor Kartik Aryan Tiwari turned 32 years old today! Kartik Aryan had commercial successes in Ranjan’s comedies Pyaar Ka Punchnama 2 (2015) and Sonu Ke Titu Ki Sweety (2018), with the latter emerging as his breakthrough film. He gained further prominence by starring in the romantic comedies Luka Chuppi and Pati Patni Aur Woh (both 2019), and the comedy horror film Bhool Bhulaiyaa 2 (2022).

The 32-year-old has bought the same apartment where he previously resided as a paying guest. The Versova, Mumbai, condominium was purchased in Kartik Aaryan’s name for Rs. 1.60 crores. Kartik Aryan’s house, where he lives with his parents and sister, is a stylish mix of wooden furnishings and light, bright drapes and walls. The house also has a range of warm lighting setups. But just in the living room and other common parts of the house. Kartik Aaryan’s bedroom features white lighting, a deep dark blue for the walls, and a wall-mounted closet.

Kartik has been amusing followers via his Instagram account since the lockdown began in March, and in the process has given everyone a glimpse into his Mumbai house, where he lives with his parents and sister. His living area has muted-toned walls and carpeting, as well as wooden furnishings. Light-coloured sofas are coupled with printed-cover cushions, and a multi-coloured carpet is placed beneath the centre table. The dining area, it appears, is neatly tucked-in at one corner. The kitchen too largely follows a similar colour scheme.

Kartik Aryan’s bedroom, on the other hand, is a stark contrast, with blue tones dominating. Mirrors cover a portion of the back wall of the bed, creating the appearance of extra room for a brief duration. Many of his films have a blue backdrop in his bedroom, complete with photo frames and a blackboard hanging in the background.

The tiled balcony, which is large enough to allow seats, is one of two locations from which he takes Instagram videos. One of the balcony walls is lined with framed mirrors. This location appears to be excellent for relaxing with family and unwinding after a hard day.
