Natalie Portman’s Montecito mansion was sold for $8 million in the month of February. This ultra-modern property makes the most of the temperate climate that Southern California has to offer by maximising open-air living. Because it is all about the majestic views of the Pacific Ocean and the lush gardens on the 10.4-acre estate, the concrete home have a small footprint of 3,991 square feet.

The home, which sits on 10.4 acres, has a midcentury modern flair that takes advantage of the sunny Southern California climate. The outdoor space is a major focal point in this view of the back of the house. It is a space where the family can enjoy the fresh Pacific air, complete with a swimming pool and lush landscaping.

The main attraction is the great room, which features three roll-up garage doors that make the walls disappear into the ceiling.
