Today's feature " The most complicated skill is to be simple " The name "Petite house" was given considering the plot size which is just 800sqft. The super built-up area however is 3400sqft. This is a classic example of what a systematic planning can produce irrespective of plot-size. Since it's a corner plot it gets the better view of the outside world, with north facing the beautiful garden and south and east facing the roads. Taking advantage of the location the design was prepared meticulously to ensure light and air flow in the house.Designed carefully with low maintenance cost exterior and interior without compromising on the aesthetic or functional aspect.
