We quote below our lowest rate including the cost of materials for the following work as per the following specification Providing and fixing suspended false ceiling Gypsum Board ( Saint Gopan mater- ials ) at all levels which includes providing and fixing G.1. Perimeter channels of size 0.55mm thick with unequal flanges of 20mm and 30mm and web of 27mm along the perimeter of ceiling, screw fixed to brick wall / RCC partitions with the help of nylon sleeves and screws, at 230mm centers. Then suspending G.I. Intermediate channels of size 45 x 15mm, 0.9mm thick from the structural roof members as per drawing at 1220 mm centers ( maximum ) with ceiling angle of 25mm x 10mm x 0.55mm bolted to structural roof members with suitable arrangement for proper fastening. Ceiling section of 0.55mm thickness having knurled web of 51.5mm and two flanges of 26mm each with lips of 10.5mm are then fixed to the Intermediate channel with the help of connecting clips and in direction perpendicular to the intermediate channel.

The pattern in longer brick wall brings in the light from the exterior into the inner courtyard. The bedroom and foyer offer a view of the courtyard, providing a sense of connection to the outdoors.
