The soil below the foundation should be strong enough to withstand the load of the entire structure. The load of foundation is compressive, but shear force also enacts due to lateral forces on soil. This strength for resisting the compressive stress is called 'Bearing Capacity of Soil'. The purpose of a soil investigation is to determine the engineering properties of soils at the proposed site. Soil data is used to Predict the behavior of the foundation. Minimize uncertainties in foundation design. #foundation #CivilEngineer #constructionsite

How is Revit better than AutoCAD? While AutoCAD is a general drawing tool with broad application, Revit is a design and documentation solution, supporting all phases and disciplines involved in a building project. Revit is used to coordinate all data inputs (including CAD) and produce federated project deliverables.

THREE THINGS TO CONSIDER BEFORE CONSTRUCTING YOUR HOUSE THE DIRECTION OF THE HOUSE The direction of your house faces matters a lot. Living spaces such as bedrooms, dining rooms or living rooms should faces the right direction to ensure comfort. Natural light has to flow freely into the room. This will help to reduce the light bulbs you will need to buy. Also the natural cool breeze will enter the house and there will be no need for ventilators, give your windows a beautiful view, not a brick wall. ENSURE YOU HAVE THE RIGHT LOCATION Have you confirmed if it’s the right place for your dream home? Inspect the site, make sure it’s flat enough and won’t cost you much. Soil conditions are significant to the foundation of the house. If the soil condition is not favourable, you may have to spend more on grading and developing the land. This will costly and energy consuming. CONSIDER YOUR BUDGET How much do you have in place for the full constitution? If you are not used to taking a budget before doing things, you might just want to take that into practice when planning for a house. Building a home is very costly. You are likely to overspend if you don’t prepare a budget. To avoid that, prepare a budget and stick to it. Keep your floor plan simple and less costly unless you have a high budget. Prepare for a certain expenses like building materials, labor, architect and so on. When you budget, try to include some additional amount to cover unforeseen expenses. #4BHKPlans #4BHKHouse #4bhk #Architect #Architectural&Interior #architecturedesigns #ContemporaryHouse #HouseConstruction #modernarchitectque #Minimalistic #CivilContractor #Contractor #KeralaStyleHouse #keralastyle #greenhomeproperties #greenhomebuilders #greenbuilding

—-Map House —- Client : Mr.Sameerlal @sameerlal_cine @nusrathlal Location : Valanchery, Malappuram Photography: @99_shutter Minimalist interior design that embraces simplicity, functionality, and clean lines. The concept of minimalist design is to reduce everything to its essential elements, eliminating any unnecessary details or clutter. This creates a sense of calm and tranquility in a space. The neutral colors like white, black, and beige are used to create a clean and uncluttered feel. The focus is on the functionality of each piece of furniture and how it can be used to create a comfortable and inviting space. The design often involves using natural materials like wood, stone, and metal to create a sense of warmth and texture in a space. With the use of natural light preferred where possible, and simple light fixtures used to complement the space rather than overwhelm it. The design also often involves using space creatively, with built-in storage solutions and multi-functional furniture pieces used to maximize space. It is designed for a small family where people who value clean, uncluttered spaces promote relaxation and calmness.
